Booking terms

A booking request submitted through chauffeur.n4ir.com is not confirmed until N4IR Chauffeur has reviewed it, sent a secure payment link, and received payment. Submitting a request does not guarantee a vehicle or time slot until payment is received.

Payment terms

Payment is collected via a secure link to Tyro's own hosted payment page, sent to you by email after your request is reviewed. N4IR Chauffeur never collects or stores your card details directly.

Cancellation & refund policy

• 24 hours or more before pickup: full refund.
• Between 2 and 24 hours before pickup: 50% refund.
• Under 2 hours before pickup, or a no-show: no refund.

To cancel or change a confirmed booking, email support@n4ir.com with your booking reference.

Liability

N4IR Chauffeur takes reasonable care in the provision of its services but is not liable for delays or losses arising from circumstances outside its reasonable control, including traffic, weather, or third-party road closures.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
