What we collect

When you request a booking we collect your name, email address and/or phone number, pickup and drop-off addresses, trip date/time, and any notes you provide. We record payment metadata (such as whether a payment link was sent and paid) but never your card number — card details are entered directly on Tyro's own secure payment page and never pass through our systems.

Why we collect it

To calculate your quote, process your booking request, communicate with you about it by email, and keep the records required for bookkeeping and dispute handling.

Data retention

Booking and payment records are kept for at least 18 months for accounting and dispute-evidence purposes.

Your rights

Under the Australian Privacy Principles, you can request access to or deletion of your personal information by emailing support@n4ir.com.
